Overview
At Salty Designz we take great pride in all the products before we release them to become your products. When it comes to buying from us, you get exactly what you pay for. We aren’t like the cable & phone companies that have a policy to buy you off when we make a mistake. Everything will go through multiple gate checks for quality from myself & from you. This is my process. A hat is not just a hat & a shirt is not just a shirt. I will need confirmation of acceptance, or the constructive criticism to make the appropriate changes for improvement that may be needed.
Refunds
Once an order is paid in full upon final & full delivery, there will be a 30 day period from the time you originally received the claimed defective item. Example: You have ordered 30 hats with patches, & you also ordered 20 shirts to get your logo on. While in process of completing the order a spur of the moment event came up & you’d like to take anything completed at that time with you even though it may be less than 50% of the order & the order isn’t scheduled to finish for another week. Any items handed over will start the 30 days & when you received the remainder items, 30 days will start for the remaining at that time. Within this 30 days if something becomes defective take pictures right then to share for later. You will be responsible for any shipping cost, but in the event that you are within 30 days & my workmanship has led to this piece being defective, I will replace or fix, whichever of your choosing & whats more cost effective for me that results in equal to or better than original. I will then reimburse you for the shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
